McCune Mansion

I had a meeting for most of this morning in the McCune Mansion.  Construction began in 1898 and was completed in 1901 at the cost of $1 million.

Alfred McCune was born in Calcuta India and ultimately migrated to the United States where he became a very successful railroad builder.

Today the mansion is used for meetings and wedding receptions.

And just a side note.  The mansion is notorious for being haunted.

Fortunately I made it out alive.
