Red Squiggle

It was high tide at the Lossie Estuary when I headed there today - I had a wee bit more time than usual so I thought I'd try to find the legendary feeders in the woods I'd been told about. It was a good 15 minutes from the car, so pushing it for a Tuesday lunchtime jaunt, but well well worth it. 

Companions for my 22-minute stay (alongside the usual feeder suspects) included LTTs, a Crestie, Goldcrest, Yellowhammers, and this handsome chap, stopping for a quick drink in between all that nut-hunting. Shame I had to go back to work...
