Brain Ache!!

Why does this happen?? Brain ache that is. Don't I work it hard enough, does it just go into auto pilot and make stupid mistakes. Crazy thing is I always know I have made mistakes, usually they can be rectified but why can't I focus harder so that I just don't make them in the first place. I have an array of excuses.....I am tired, I was busy, I am stressed, I'm stupid, I have to many things on my mind, It's my age!!!!!!
Whatever it is it needs to stop as it just frustrates me.
Beautiful sunny day and many to come says the weather on my phone....that means some good light and longer days for me to get my camera out :))
