Outstanding (or Standing Outside)

I have used this Gormley figure before, but he stands there in all weathers regardless, the birds and boats passing unheeded, undaunted by blizzard, rain or shine.

We had all weathers today, and if you were lucky you might have enjoyed the bite of the wind in sharp sunshine, if you were unlucky you may have been soaked to the skin...(for me, both.)
