Great Woodrush (Luzula sylvatica)

There's lots of this woodrush growing down by the river near where I live. I was walking the dog when I stopped to take this photograph; unfortunately she didn't see me step off the path and continued regardless. When she couldn't see me (her sight is getting poor), she ran faster and faster, away from me. It took me another mile to finally catch up with her, clearly still convinced I was in front of her.
