Old banger

I reckon that out of all the sets of wheels that appear in this image I might be able to afford the triangular bicycle road sign.

What class, hey?     Luckily this chap stopped just across the road for a few moments earlier.  Long enough for me to take a shot through the window, but not long enough for me to race out the door and get a better one.
