South Coast Scribblings

Striped symphony

There were masses of lovely crocuses down on the field in the village today - I was spoilt for choice! I do think, by a small margin, the purple striped ones are just about my favourites though. So I chose this!

We had a lovely chicken roast for lunch today. I nipped out and joined Stuart doing a bit of weeding in the garden while it was cooking. We might have gone out for the day had Paul been well, but he's still so poorly that he doesn't even feel up to making himself a sandwich. It's like flu without the temperature. Still, at least Stuart and I made sure we had plenty of fresh air. A day like today with wall to wall sunshine and lovely air gets even me out and about! ;-))
