Looking across the city

Our town is high above Glasgow, and today we were travelling to the other side of the city.  As we headed down towards the city, I was struck by the amount of snow on the Campsie Hills, right across the city.  I took this shot from the car, and I rather liked the contrast with the high flats in the foreground and the hills in the background.  The wee bump at the end of the Campsies is Dumgoyne, and is a popular climb at weekends; in fact the whole of the Campsie ridge is a great playground for active Glaswegians.

Had a lovely afternoon spending some money in Ikea, and then back at C's for a wee while.

We had a beautiful sunny day today, and a bit milder than it has been over the last few days.
