Calm

This was the scene on the beach at North Berwick this morning. It was difficult to find a parking space, so where the hell was everybody?

Dropped off more essentials at the hospital on the way to NB, then dropped in again for a visit on the way home. The fall left dad disoriented and he doesn't remember much about the last few days; he also seems to have had some kind of infection, and that hasn't helped his condition, but he seems to be on the mend. It's very encouraging to see how his nose has mended; amazing in fact.

Tesco for shopping this afternoon. I think I'm running out of adrenalin and endorphins. And energy.
