I was so pleased that we were to visit the old slate quarry this morning as it is somewhere I have wanted to go for years. It's a pity it isn't Thursday as I would have been spoilt for choice!

It has been a great day today. Not too sunny in the morning when we were at the quarry but absolutely super this afternoon.  Back to reality tomorrow.
