I haven’t shared much of the tedious, frustrating, infuriating, enraging saga of trying to get my new mobile phone working but today, at last, I am connected. It was simple. Instead of a series of 'I hear what you're saying but' customer service people stonewalling me about the unlocking code they couldn’t provide, I finally got to talk with the senior tech person. Who replaced the phone with one that they had already unlocked.
