That is chicken and mushroom!

This is how I want my schnitzel when I go to a pub. Normally schnitzel with mushroom gravy is only half a mushroom with gravy.

With this one I fried off a nice big flat mushroom put it on top of my schnitzel then poured gravy over top! Yum!
