Taxi!

We had a taxi on the driveway today. Odd that, because as a professional motor writer with constant access to cars, I hardly ever need to use one. But my daughter works for the company that manufactures them, and she popped by in a company vehicle to collect some things she needed for a business dinner tonight.

I do like the company badge, with its proud Britannia emblem. The cabs are made in Coventry, the London office is in Islington, and the company is owned by the same Chinese group that also owns Volvo.
