City Gent needing direction?

This evening I had a meeting at Howard Kennedy at 1 London Bridge. En route to the meeting room was this chap. I wonder what the message is here? He is dressed in a dapper suit fashioned from the FT, is climbing a ladder and is carry an A-Z. Needing direction from Howard Kennedy I suppose?
