Electric Dreams

This is a macro shot of a 35mm slide taken a good few years ago in Kirkcaldy, Fife. The photo shows the neon sign that dominated the front of the building. 'Jackie O' was a popular nightclub in the town for many years, with it's 'heydays' in the 80's and, although the name changed in recent times and there were attempts to revive the business, it eventually closed and was demolished last year.
