queen of lights

I took the afternoon off today to head out to Chester for an early meal and to wander along the walls and watch their festival of light. It's a great little event and the streets were full of the sounds of drums and packed to the brim with people as the performers meandered past and the Ice Queen turned on the christmas lights in her wake.

littleA fell asleep on the way home she was so goosed, which hardly ever happens. her seal of approval, me thinks.
