Stopping Time 65/365

I saw lots of wonderful scenic rural views today... but I had no camera with me. Slightly desperate for my daily photo-fix I venture out with camera, tripod and Lee Big-Stopper (a 10 stop filter not unlike welder's glass).  This is a diptych of a standard and (15 second) long exposure shot... although most people won't read my desciption and think I've got some very cunning time-warping water feature to hand!  It's a hill.
