Work it!

I had a physio appointment yesterday and found out that my right leg apparently twists inwards and so I was given a resistance band and some lunging exercises to strengthen my hip.

That's on top of the heel lifts and hamstring stretches designed to get this damn achilles injury sorted.
My calves are screaming while I'm doing them, but as long as it works...
