Day 776 - Black Star Riders

Marie, Dale, Jed and myself went to see Europe, Black Star Riders and The Amorettes tonight.  You might be thinking "Europe?  The Final Countdown Europe?"  The very one!  None of their other suff is anything like The Final Countdown and they are actually a pretty good band live!

However, for me, the best band of the night was Black Star Riders!  But then I love Thin Lizzy and Ricky Warwick sounds a lot like Phil Lynott!  Is that a good thing or a bad thing...?  And of course they did a few Lizzy numbers, including Emerald (all time fave!), so it made my night!
