Here come Rafi and Jodie

This morning I walked 4 miles with Teddy, I need to clock up the miles if I will manage the 41 mile walk later this year.
This afternoon I went to Clumber Park with Rafi and Jodie. We didn't take the wheelchair,and Rafi walked with his Kaye walker for about one hour and 15 mins. The terrain was quite rough and he managed to walk 0.6 miles at a steady pace. He has to practice for the sponsored walk he's doing in May.
Rafi needed a little snooze when he got home, I'm hoping he'll manage to cook the dinner he's planned!
