Hello funny fellow

Look at this chap (or chapesse) peering quizzically at me from the dovecote at Burnby Hall Gardens today. It was a very pretty white dovecote in front of some Scots Pine trees - lots of the doves were perching in the trees too.

I was out and about with my SLR today, taking pictures to accompany a couple of local features I'm writing, so for once, today's photo is not done with my phone camera!
