Spring blossom at Talgarth Mill

Talgarth is about 18 miles north-west of where we live, on the road to Hay. So we've been through it lots of times, but today was the first time we visited it for its own sake, and in particular Talgarth Mill, an old watermill restored in 2011 as part of the BBC's Village SOS programme. It now mills flour and you can go on a tour to learn all about its history. There is also an extremely nice café attached which is winning lots of awards for its delicious food.

It's a great local enterprise and seems to have been instrumental in bringing the village back to life.
