Rhossili Beach

Set off under grey skies to do a circular walk which took us along Rhossili Beach before heading out to Worm Head. We timed it perfectly as the tide was low and we could walk across the vast area of rocks and pools out to the very end. Its just a four hour window. The cliff scenery was very dramatic. Then we followed the cliff path to the lovely beach at Fall Bay, where surfers were enjoying the waves. Headed inland to Middleton village and returned high up on a beautiful moorland with spectacular views and the sun had finally broken through the mist. This is looking  down onto Rhossili beach, there were Welsh mountain ponies grazing here.
