National Freestyle Kayak competition

These guys were amazing.  Getting this much air is unusal. This guy  is about to plant his or her head into the water, rotate the boat over and come up and back in control all in a split second - or you are "flushed" down the river and out of that round.
Saw one guy, Steve I think, who literally somersaulted his kayak end over end. 
Learn all sort of terms based on rotating kayak around front or back end with it flat to vertical. And from one rail or side to the other. 
The water was high and fast so there was even less time than usual.  The youngest was 14 years old - he could do many of the tricks and rotations.
