The Truce

Perkins, the cat that came with the house has claimed a permanent chair in our sitting room. She (Perkins) even has a fluffy cuddly rug on it. She and Fergus the dog, have established a truce of sorts. She still steps around him very cautiously. As for Fergus, he virtually ignores her now. Perkins is the dominant feline in our menagerie of five cats at present. We are getting through a lot of cat food these days....
