The Race

I went to the Helix Park today to cheer on my uncle who was running the Duathlon.  This is apparently his warm up for the coming triathalons this year (to which he enters a lot of them).  Me...I ran out of breath running around a park this morning, and it wasn't even that far! I have much respect for my uncle and know that he is an inspiration on not letting life's hurdles get in your way of living.
