Rail Sale: everything must go

At the railway arches in Brixton, where controversially Network Rail are 'temporarily' evicting all the tenants (and also at nearby Herne Hill).  They're then renovating all the units, and will make them available again in 2017.

There's no guarantee the current shops will get their premises back, especially not at similar rates to what they currently have.  And there's the obvious loss of business for a year or so while the work is done... what are they meant to do?  The only solution for many will be to move permanently to somewhere different, or close business completely.

Some of them have been there for a long time, for instance LS Mash & Sons Fishmongers has been there longer than the Queen has been on the throne (63+ years).
