Harbour

We both awoke in the night for no apparent reason - although it turned out that the septic tank alarm had gone off at about 3 am, so we may have been subconciously disturbed. Poor Dennis had to be up and doing stuff (I didn't ask for details). By morning the loch seemed to have reached its zenith, but not before it had flooded the lower level Sinderson Room, where we had been sitting only last night, drinking wine and blethering about geology and wildebeests.

More yoga - definitely reaching parts recently unreached by any physical activity. Including connective tissue. Phew. Went for a short stroll with Mr H in the afternoon and saw a host of siskins, blue tits and long-tailed tits (but no golden daffodils as yet).

The harbour wall has almost entirely vanished - it normally looks more like this.
