Tape Lane

We live on a 30mph, access only, single track lane, not only do drivers ignore the access only and use it as a rat run, but they do so frequently at speeds of 40 - 50 mph. This memorial to Charlie the cat has just appeared only 200 yards away from the spot where my gorgeous Rigsby was killed a few months ago. (See 11/11/14)
