Charming Illustrations

Someone passed on a collection of 'Nature notes' to the local Natural history society, which contained some really charming small watercolour sketches among the writings. 
I really loved this little picture of small bees gathering pollen from snowdrops. 
I think it is wonderful and a very worthy blip for today.
I just wish I could paint like that! another skill to learn in retirement I think.
