you know I often wonder about the benefits to my son for a doughnut every week, but then I think of the industrial quantities of fruit he eats which sisters would have baulked at and well it will all even out in the end....

a crazy busy day, swimming dancing, washing, drying, shopping, tidying and watching a film with the girls in the evening.
