I would walk 500 miles to Esperance

Named after a French ship that landed here while sheltering from a storm in 1792.  Reputed to have the finest beaches in Australia.

The town was founded in the 1850s by the Dundas Brothers who walked some 500 miles with their cattle from just east of Perth until they reached the sea.

Internet access at the campsite is $10 for 40 minutes.  So comments later.
