A Touch of British Spring

The alarm was set for 5.45 am as Peter needed to be on an early train to London for a business meeting.  We were up before the alarm!  Forty five minutes before the alarm to be exact.

Still not certain what time of day it is, after about six different time changes over the last month.  However, I'm sure by the end of the week, our body clocks will be fully restored to normal.

It was a beautiful morning and an early walk over the tops was very tempting but food shopping and more washing were the priority.

After lunch, I strolled around the garden to see what changes had occurred whilst we were away.

To my surprise, these beautiful crocuses had bloomed.  Spring is on its way.
