Sgwarnog: In the Field

Dipper

Early morning on the River Aire, and plenty of wildlife to enjoy in the sunshine.

Pride of place goes to the little Dipper, my first of the year although on another day this Robin may well have proved irresistible. Also about, Goosander , Goldcrest, Nuthatch and possibly a Willow Tit in amongst the usual. Still no Kingfishers this year, although I've seen them on this stretch of the river before.
