Mr Blue Sky

Having received my race for life pack with my running number etc and the beautiful blue sky I had a moment of madness this morning. Faced with the impending race and beautiful blue sky I decided to dust of my trainers and take myself out for a run/jog/walk! After a while a stitch struck so I decided to head (crawl) home and get ready for work. But, it was a start I was happy with. I used to run frequently with a few friends but I must admit I have been out of the habit for a while. I'll just keep going little and often. It has been such a gorgeous day, a real feeling of spring , it has been good to be outside.

Looking forward to bed now as I feel absolutely shattered! Night.
