Poco Loco (A little crazy)

He was sitting in his "bug" reading the sports pages.  My Spanish is not quite good enough to understand what Poco Loco has to do with "volibol".  I will have to ask the resident photographer of volleyball, that is, RSDPhotography for an explanation.
