"All Is Not As It Seams..."

The Spring/Summer 2015 window display of the Ted Baker clothing store on Regent Street in London.  As I wandered past tonight, I was instantly arrested by the surreal look and feel of it.  The advertising campaign is loosely based on the 60's series "The Prisoner", set in the fabulously weird Italianate village of Portmeirion in Wales, which I stayed in a few years ago.  The tagline printed across the glass of the Ted Baker shop window, and the atmosphere of a strange dream, immediately brought to my mind the Genesis song "Entangled", which is about floating in and out of consciousness on a psychiatrist's couch, and includes these lyrics -

"Sentenced to drift far away now,
Nothing is quite what it seems,
Sometimes entangled in your own dreams"
