The Café in the Forest

The Wyre Forest Visitor Centre Café as a venue for trying out a new wide-angle lens. Pity about the column bisecting the image, although to put a positive spin on it one could say that it turns one image into two images, each telling a different 'story'.

I didn't use my camera's High ISO Noise Reduction feature on this image, but I see that it would have been useful here.  Note, too, how the sharpness falls off towards the edges of the image, which is a standard feature of many wide-angle lenses  - and this wasn't an expensive lens.
