A BLENDED ROUX

One of the few really useful things I learned at school. 

Got a lot of boring but essential tasks done today.  The highlight was finding that Barnardos have opened a new shop near us.  It's well organised, the staff are excellent and you can even park outside.  They greeted me with enthusiasm when I said I would be back with more - fools, they know the content of my loft.
