Depth of field

I love the way some lenses pull big distances close together. In this photo the houses in Rush are a mile away, the towers in Portrane, across the estuary, four miles away and the fire on the Sugarloaf in Wicklow twenty six miles away. I feel I am close enough to wander over ......... Here, beside the sea and close to the mountains...the smoke signal from the hill sent me dream bound...just saying
