Lincoln Cathedral

In nearly 40 years of my life I have never done a Lincoln Cathedral roof tour so today we decided that we would both like to do it and have some time out from working. We are so glad we did the guide was very good and interesting and we had a steady walk up the top. We had a great group nobody moaning. It was great as you had the opportunity to take pictures whilst she talked if you wished and of course I wished.

If you have never done the roof tour at Lincoln Cathedral tour I do recommend it.

After the tour we walked down steep hill , not the greatest of ideas on a boiling hot day like today. It meant we had to back up again, today though we went up a equally steep hill called Motherby Hill by the Police Station
