See Me

I was over in Lanarkshire today at the Alona Hotel in Strathclyde Country Park today for the 'Growing a Lanarkshire Movement for Change' organised by Lanarkshire Recovery Network in collaboration with See Me.

See Me is Scotland's programme to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination. It is funded by the Scottish Government and Comic Relief, and managed by SAMH and the Mental Health Foundation.

The See Me vision is to end mental health stigma and discrimination, enabling people who experience mental health problems to live fulfilled lives.

A very worthwhile day spent in Lanarkshire.

I hope you have all had an equally good day.
