Defrag time

I spent all morning today clearing off unwanted programmes and de-fragmenting my old laptop ready to donate to My daughter Hannah now that I have gone up in the world to a Macbook.
i can't believe just how long it took it but at least it's all ready and sorted for its new life in York.
