Guinness Cake

Busy day without many photo opportunities. Managed to fit in a spot of baking in amongst sorting out a problem with my iphone, cycling and preparing for club night.

The cake needs time to mature so it may be ready for Easter and our trip to the Lake District. It needs to be fed with Guiness to help it keep moist. Richard has kindly agreed to help with any left over liquid!
