In Tune with Creation

Nothing bothers me more then an out of tune instrument. It grates on me and can ruin a composition or performance rather quickly.

It's the same with my everyday health. Nothing can flatten my day quicker then a lack of sleep, or a body that doesn't feel well.

Even my surrounding can drag me down if they suffer from nature's intentions.

With all that said, today was an in tune adventure on all fronts.
