Flash food

In March I went over to the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. It blew me away with what people are doing with food now. And the process is so exact. Not for them 180 C, more like 182 degrees in a vacuum bag. Anyway the food was yummy and I just ploughed on through my dairy intolerance.
