Farmyard pastry crimper?

Was out walking across the fields of Cheshire and saw all sorts of things....dragonflies, curious cows, geocachers searching for their treasure and abandoned farming equipment. This is an example of the latter, looking like a giant pastry crimper and a worthy subject of a blip.
