I loved making the astronaut helmet, from choosing the ribbon and buttons with little H to figuring out the way to have her wear it. She of course helped even more with and adored the jetpack. The children at school ooh-ed and ahh-ed at it and she zoomed around the playground with a flock of superheroes. I really enjoyed getting into this with her, learning more about space  (it’s cold) and even setting off for school with a countdown to closing the car doors and sailing down into the village with the theme from Star Wars playing.
