Dream Pods

Homeless people are campaigning for a place to sleep. A group has decided to adopt a "Safe Park" on city sidewalks. Tents are pitched and plywood "Dream Pods" have been parked on the sidewalks.

Several lawsuits have been filed and a Judge ruled in December that 5 ft of access must be maintained along the sidewalk.

The City of Tucson is unhappy because people are deficating in the park and in air intakes for buildings. Additionally the "Safe Park" is an eyesore. Now the Judge has clarified his ruling and permitted the City to enforce sanitation regulations. Now the pods and tests must be removed by Friday at 6 pm.

Luckily the Dream Pods have wheels.
