Pre drinks

Kiera's friends have gathered prior to going out for another birthday meal (this is the third meal out for her in a row!)
Rafi went to the RaceRunning taster session in Ilkeston today.I think he enjoyed it but if he's going to try it again we've discovered that padded cycling pants are an essential for comfort! Unfortunately RaceRunning hasn't really taken off in England yet, so there aren't any local clubs. I think Rafi could be quite good at it and he liked the feeling of going fast using his legs.
